Pilates is a method of exercises used to combine building muscle strength, improving body balance & deepening body awareness to enhance the body’s optimum movement.

Pilates works to improve posture, strengthening the deep postural muscles , building core strength from the inside out. It is a holistic approach which combines principles from yoga and was heavily influenced by Zen meditation . Pilates method flows through a set of mat exercises which can be meditative , enhance mental health and stress relieving.
